When |I was teaching, over the course of each semester I would do a different lecture and demo pretty much 3 or 4 times a week, depending on how many classes and courses I had. I decided to finally put these things together into video format and post them up to my YouTube page.
Here is an index to help you find the lecture you might be looking for. There is always a link to the lecture from the assignment page within my website which I'll also include here as well. The idea here is to get you to follow along with me as I demonstrate the assignment. The advantage you have now is that you can pause the video and actually keep up with me. I highly recommend that you also use the two animation books: Animation The Basic Principles (for all the 1st semester assignments) and Character Animation & Lip Sync (for the 2nd and 3rd semester). Use the website links to view the alternate pencil tests, read further information about the specific principles and download all the drawings in .pdf format if you'd like. The key here is to actually do the assignments yourself. I hope you find these useful in your studies. I'll try to keep posting them as I do them.   ____________________________________________________________________________________ Animation Lectures1st Semester
