The location is inside a pirate ship. I had this idea for a cartoon called, "Me and Max" which is about this little boy and his dog. The boy has this imagination that takes him and his dog, Max on a series of adventures. In one of the stories, the boy builds a raft and he and Max pretend they're pirates. In his imagination, some pirates from another boat attack him and take him and Max captive.
Max and the boy try to escape and part of the chase sequence takes place below deck. This was a scene where the boy and Max run down the stairs, look around and then run off to the far end of the hall.
The idea never went any further than the conceptual stage and I included the character designs, some storyboards and layouts in my first book, "Layout and Design Made Amazingly Simple" as examples.
