| In this version, I've changed the timing on the laugh from "twos" (one drawing exposed for two frames) to "Threes" (one drawing exposed for three frames, like you couldn't figure that out).
Press the play button to watch the animation play. Notice how this slows the action down slightly. It changes the laugh from a "He he he he he he" type of laugh to a slower, "Ha ha ha ha ha ha" laugh... if you know what I mean. The only problem with doing this is that it does make the action slightly jerky. You can't really tell here on the internet, but if this was broadcast on television, you'd notice the difference. I remember watching some Anime long long ago of Star Blazers (recently released on DVD I might add) in which they would do this type of thing. In some cases, they even shot things on fours, which is very noticable. |
