| Here are the key poses for this assignment. They are timed to the final exposure sheets.
Press the play button to watch the animation play. Use the control bar or the single frame advance button to view the individual frames. When you get to the key pose that shows the start of the laugh, toggle back and forth between this key and the next one to see the action of the head and the shoulders. You can do this for the next two set of keys as well. This is much like flipping your drawings while they are on the pegs. In an animation studio this would be known as the "rough pose test" to check to see if the overall action was moving properly and the timing is correct. In some cases, it might also be shot with the breakdown poses. |
