| This is the finished animation for the flag wave assignment. The drawings are all timed to the final exposure sheets.
Press the play button to watch the animation play. Use the control bar or the single frame advance button to view the individual frames. This is a very subtle flag wave movement. It's very difficult to do the flag wave as you can exaggerate it too much and have it flapping all over the place. or you could go in the opposite direction and make it ultra realistic by finding photo reference and practically rotoscoping it. The idea is to simulate the movement so that when someone looks at it they say to themselves, that's a flag waving. Now you could argue quality at this point and that all depends on your budget and time schedule. |
